Master Card, Debit Card and Pay Pal. We do not accept lay-by,
cash on delivery, gift vouchers and money order as online

Returns
Policy (for online purchase only)
For
any reason you have changed your mind, we
are happy to exchange your product for a second choice,
there
are just a few little things you need to know about before
returning the products
- Return
the product in brand new condition within 14 days (from the day you
receive the product), together with your original
receipt
- If
a change of mind return has been marked down after purchase, we
will only accept product returns and provide you with an exchange
to its current value
- Discount
item may be imperfect and sold as is, it can not be returned if
change of mind, how ever, if the sizes is incorrect, you can
exchange sizes in the same style
- For
personal hygiene reason, Tuck does not accept return of
hosiery
If
you wish to get refund, please read the

- Replacing
heel cups is at customers own cost once the shoes are
sold
- Discount

damaged by natural disaster, or used in a way they are not made
for. In this case we won't be able to provide exchange, repair
service or refund
